As I mentioned in an earlier post we did a lollipop hunt for Lily's birthday party with her friends. In addition to Lily we had eight of her little friends over for the party! The kids had an absolute blast hunting lollipops. All of the large/special lollipops were in small groups (like in the first picture) and each kid got one of each when they found them. Then it was a free-for-all to find the hundreds of tootsie roll pops and
dum dums that were "growing" throughout the yard! There were so many that each child went home with a sand bucket full of lollipops! All of them had a lot, but I'm pretty sure that Lily had the most! As you can see in the pictures above her bucket was literally brimming with lollipops- so full at one point that they spilled out! Weeks later we have only eaten a fraction of what she has (though if it were up to here there wouldn't be very many left)! As much as the kids loved eating the lollipops I actually think that they enjoyed the hunting for them even more!
