April showers bring May flowers.
Well, these were taken a few weeks ago (in April) when the rain came and the kids splashed, enjoyed their new umbrellas, made their toy lizards swim through the puddles, and rescued worms.
And now it's May and the weather has been incredibly beautiful the last week. The puddles are dry and we are getting ready to plant Lily's flower garden.
So maybe the saying is true!
